• Stubi does not provide or pay for return shipping labels.
   
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
   

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
   
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
   
• Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt for processing.
   

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Stubi will provide a replacement or refund and cover any related shipping costs.
