Stubi offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Stubi does not provide or pay for return shipping labels.

To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Stubi will cover shipping costs in these cases and ensure the issue is corrected quickly.
